For The Dough – 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast – 4 cups all-purpose flour – 1 tsp sugar, to activate the yeast – 2 large eggs  – 1 cup milk, lukewarm – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 1/3 cup unsalted butter  – 1 tsp salt Cinnamon Filling – 1 cup brown sugar packed – 3 tsp cinnamon powder – 1/2 cup unsalted butter  Cream Cheese Frosting – 8 oz cream cheese room temperature – 6 tbsp butter  – 1 cup powdered sugar – 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Roll the dough out onto a well-floured surface into a large 16×12-inch rectangle. Brush with melted butter, then evenly sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.  

Roll the dough into a log and slice it into 2-inch slices using a sharp knife or floss. Arrange the rolls in a baking pan lined with parchment paper or greased with butter.
