Ingredients

  • 16 ounces fettuccine pasta

For The Chicken

  • 1 1/2 pound chicken breast
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For The Sauce

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken: Season chicken with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5-7 mins each side until it reaches 165°F. Set aside and keep warm.
  • Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: In the same pan, add butter and cream. Mix minced garlic, Italian seasoning, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer for 3-4 mins, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  • Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente.
  • Assemble the Dish: Toss cooked pasta with sauce, then top with sliced chicken and garnish with parsley, more Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
