Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta (rotini, farfalle bowtie, penne, or small shells), measured dry.
  • 12 ounces tuna 2 cans, drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 3 stalks celery diced
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels

For the Dressing:

  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp fresh dill or parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions, ensuring they do not overcook. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill (or parsley), salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tuna, peas, celery, onion, bell pepper, and corn kernels.
