1 pound ground beef extra lean 1/2 onion medium, chopped 2 garlic cloves 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 oz packet taco seasoning 10 oz pasta uncooked 3 cups beef broth 1 can tomato sauce 4 oz cream cheese 2 cups cheddar cheese freshly grated salt & pepper to taste
Cook Beef. Brown 1 lb ground beef in a pot. Add 1/2 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves; cook until soft.
Add Flavors . Stir in 2 tbsp tomato paste and 1 oz taco seasoning. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Combine Ingredients. Add 3 cups beef broth, 1 can tomato sauce, and 10 oz uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 14 minutes.
Finish . Turn off the heat and mix in 4 oz cream cheese and 2 cups grated cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
